especially Lizzy. You exceeded any and all personalized service expectations in
moving. Your team coordinated perfectly well in collecting furniture from two
different cities in the northeast and delivered as one move in Huston. Even when
your first truck did not work out (beyond your control), you and Lizzy went out
of your way to help move the stuff and took personal charge to make sure
everything went all right.
Your team arrived at each place at the specified time. The entire move was
smooth and a pleasant experience, contrary to the horror stories you read
regarding movers.
